How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

How can I track my package and receive updates on its delivery status?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and a link to check your delivery status. You can use that to view live updates, and we’ll also send notifications when your package changes status. If you ever have trouble tracking, feel free to reach out to our support team!
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
You can expect delivery in 1-3 business days, depending on your location.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please send us photos of the item and packaging as soon as possible. We’ll file a claim with the courier, and once it’s approved, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement whichever works best for you.
Can I change the shipping address after I have placed the order?
You can request an address change only if the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Once it’s in the hands of our courier, we’re unable to modify the delivery address.
Returns
Can I return a product if I have opened it or used it?
We only accept returns for opened or used items if there’s a manufacturing defect or the product arrived damaged. For non-defective returns, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Do I have to pay for shipping when returning a product?
If the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost. For returns based on a change of mind, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping.
How long does it take to receive a refund after a return has been processed?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll typically issue your refund within 2-3 business days. After that, the time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your original payment method.
Can I return a product that was purchased with a promotion or discount code?
You can return products bought with a discount or promo code. However, your refund will be fo he price vou actually paid after the discount, not the oriainal full price.
