                                             Return & Refund Policy

1. No Return Policy (Food Safety Compliance)

For health, hygiene, and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. All sales are considered final after dispatch. We cannot accept returns for opened, used, or sealed food/supplement products.

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We accept claims only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Claims must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery. Any claim submitted after 12 hours will not be accepted due to food safety regulations.

Description of the issue
Failure to provide photographic evidence may result in claim rejection.

3. Claim Review Process

All claims are subject to review and approval. The review process may take 3–5 working days. Submission of a claim does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to reject claims that show signs of misuse, tampering, fraud, or violation of our policies.

4. Approved Claims Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:
Replacement product
Store credit
Refund to original payment method
The resolution method will be determined by our support team.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately. A cancellation fee may apply to cover payment gateway and processing charges.
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. If a shipment is refused at delivery, original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping or customs charges (if applicable) will be deducted from any refund.

6. Customs & International Orders

Customers are responsible for customs duties, import VAT, and clearance fees. If a customer refuses to pay customs charges, the order may be abandoned by the courier and no refund will be issued.

7. Address Errors & Failed Deliveries

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, the customer is unreachable, or delivery is refused without valid reason, re-delivery charges will apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or courier services.

8. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for opened food or supplement products, sale or promotional items, gift cards, or products purchased from third-party retailers.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy removes your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, or Kuwait in cases of manufacturing defects or non-conformity.

10. Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refund or return requests, limit future purchases, suspend accounts, or refuse service in cases involving fraudulent activity, excessive claims, or chargebacks initiated without contacting us first.
