Delivery Time

All international orders are dispatched from our UAE warehouse.
Estimated delivery time: 4–6 working days.
Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance or local courier operations.

Shipping Charges

Saudi Arabia – AED 80 ( Flexible Rate)
Qatar – AED 80 (Flexible Rate)
Kuwait – AED 80 (Flexible Rate)
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Payment Method

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders.
All orders must be prepaid through the available online payment methods.

Order Value Restriction

Orders exceeding AED 999 in product value cannot be shipped due to courier and customs regulations. If your total order exceeds AED 999, please split your purchase into multiple orders (each under AED 999).

Customs, Duties & Taxes

You are purchasing from a UAE-based company.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, or local taxes as determined by your country's customs authority.
These charges must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
Failure to pay customs charges may result in shipment return or abandonment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
